Timeline:
    We began work with Don and Allyson on February 22, 2002.

    We saw the first sketches on March 5, 2002

    Schematic design was finished on April, 2002

    Design development was finished May 10, 2002

    Constrution drawings were finished September 5th, 2002, engineering drawings were done a little later, but we won't go into that...

    Plans were submitted to Washoe County the week of September 20, 2002.

    Ground was broken in early February, 2003

    Certificate of Occupancy was issued November 7, 2003

    We moved in November 23, 2003.
 

    As you can see here, the plans were very carefully checked by the Cathexes staff.
